Củ Chi One-Day City Tour Itinerary

More than just a cultural and historical experience of Vietnam, this full-day Củ Chi Tunnels tour also offers a valuable opportunity to build and strengthen relationships within the scientific community.
Discover one of Vietnam’s most remarkable historical sites, located about 70 kilometers northwest of Ho Chi Minh City – the extensive underground network used by Vietnamese soldiers during the war.
The tour begins with a scenic drive through the countryside, passing lush rice fields, rubber plantations, and local villages. Upon arrival, you will explore the tunnels and learn about their strategic role in the war. Experience walking through safe sections of the tunnels to understand the challenging living conditions, and see preserved booby traps, underground kitchens, and storage areas. You will also have the chance to watch a short documentary film about the history of Củ Chi.
After exploring the tunnels, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, relax on the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City, with optional stops at handicraft workshops or local markets.
This tour is ideal for travelers interested in Vietnam’s history and culture, offering both educational insights and memorable experiences in a single day. Comfortable transportation and professional guides ensure a smooth and enriching trip.
