Registration process
Step 1: Log in/ Create your account
Step 2: Make the payment and upload the payment proof
After registering, log in using your email and the Verification Code as your password to make the payment.
Your Verification Code will be sent to your registered email. The Code will expire in 120 minutes.
Please check your mail spam folder, just in case the Verification Code was delivered there instead of your inbox.
If you can not receive the Verification Code via email, please contact the secretariat (icetoe@ou.edu.vn) for technical support.
Please submit your travel itinerary if you attend the Conference in person.
