ICETOE 2026 will take place from 26th to 27th November 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, a vibrant and rapidly developing hub of education and technology. In recognition of the global nature of our academic community, the conference will be held in a hybrid format, offering both in-person and virtual participation to ensure inclusive and wide-reaching engagement.

In an era defined by the rise of transformative technologies reshaping how we teach and learn, ICETOE 2026 aims to provide a critical platform for rethinking the design, delivery, and impact of online education. Under the theme “Educational Technology and Online Learning: Trends Driving the Next Wave of Digital Education” ICETOE 2026 will explore how innovation is reshaping not only the tools we use but also the pedagogical models, assessment frameworks, and institutional strategies that underpin online education. ICETOE 2026 aims to move beyond reactive adaptation toward purposeful transformation, building a digital learning ecosystem that is intelligent, ethical, and inclusive.

ICETOE 2026 will explore a broad spectrum of topics shaping the future of online education, including emerging technologies, AI-driven learning tools, data-informed practices, MOOCs, digital competencies, immersive and hybrid learning models, cybersecurity, ethical challenges, blockchain credentialing, and the role of intelligent virtual agents in education.
